- Unforeseen Circumstances: Snap Cars Ltd is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by severe weather, traffic conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- Alternative Arrangements: In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative arrangement or reschedule the service at no additional cost.
